Randstad are seeking qualified Mechanical Fitters for a one month project in Whyalla for February 2026.

What You Need

  • Certificate III Engineering (mechanical) or equivelant
  • Confined Space
  • Working at Heights
  • White Card
Experience: Ideally, you've worked in heavy industry before (Steel, Mining, Ports, etc.). It helps if you understand the shutdown environment.

The Deal:

  • Rate: $65.00 per hour - Flat rate + loading for evening shifts

  • LAFHA: $120.00 per day Living Away From Home Allowance

  • Accommodation: FREE accommodation supplied for the duration.

  • Travel: We pay you 4 hours to mobilise and 4 hours to get demobilise.
